灵芝火棘饮料对果蝇生长发育和抗氧化性能的影响

摘    要:在果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)培养基中分别添加10%、15%、20%灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)火棘(Pyracantha crenulata)饮料,验证其对果蝇寿命、生殖力和抗氧化性能的影响.结果表明:跟对照相比,培养基中添加15%灵芝火棘饮料能够使延寿率和成蝇率分别提高13.9%和6.3%,SOD活性提高13.9%,MDA含量降低17.4%.

Effect of Pyracantha crenulata-Ganoderma lucidum Beverage on the Growth and Antioxidant Properties of Drosophila melanogaster
Abstract:The effects of supplementing a Drosophila melanogaster growth medium with 10%,15% and 20% concentrations of a Pyracantha crenulata-Ganoderma lucidum beverage on the longevity,number of pupae derived from a single mating pair,number of adult flies derived from a single mating pair,and the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonyldialdehyde (MDA) levels in the flies,were determined.Compared to controls,lifespans,fertility rates and SOD levels were significantly improved (13.9%,6.3% and 13.9%,respectively),and MDA levels decreased by 17.4%,following supplementation with 15% beverage.
