| 摘 要： | 在果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)培养基中分别添加10％、15％、20％灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)火棘(Pyracantha crenulata)饮料,验证其对果蝇寿命、生殖力和抗氧化性能的影响.结果表明:跟对照相比,培养基中添加15％灵芝火棘饮料能够使延寿率和成蝇率分别提高13.9％和6.3％,SOD活性提高13.9％,MDA含量降低17.4％.

Effect of Pyracantha crenulata-Ganoderma lucidum Beverage on the Growth and Antioxidant Properties of Drosophila melanogaster |

| Abstract: | The effects of supplementing a Drosophila melanogaster growth medium with 10％,15％ and 20％ concentrations of a Pyracantha crenulata-Ganoderma lucidum beverage on the longevity,number of pupae derived from a single mating pair,number of adult flies derived from a single mating pair,and the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonyldialdehyde (MDA) levels in the flies,were determined.Compared to controls,lifespans,fertility rates and SOD levels were significantly improved (13.9％,6.3％ and 13.9％,respectively),and MDA levels decreased by 17.4％,following supplementation with 15％ beverage. |
