| 摘 要： | 对感染根结线虫的西瓜自根苗及其嫁接苗植株的生长和果实品质指标进行测定。结果表明:根结线虫侵染后,西瓜的株高、叶片数、叶面积都显著降低,单果质量也明显下降。西瓜果实中可溶性蛋白含量上升,游离氨基酸、Vc、总糖含量则下降。

| Abstract: | Growth and quality indexes were tested in own-rooted and grafted seedlings of watermelon infected by root-knot nematode.Results indicated that watermelon height,leaf number,leaf area and single fruit weight were decreased severely.The content of soluble protein in watermelon was increased after infection,but the content of Vc,free amino acids and total sugar were decreased. |
