毛管力供给肥水条件下营养液浓度对番茄植株生长和果实品质的影响

摘    要:为了解毛管力供给肥水条件下营养液浓度对番茄生长发育的影响,以"浦红968"番茄为试材,采用毛管力供给营养液技术,研究在营养液浓度分别为1.0、2.0、3.0、6.0mS/cm下,植株生长、果实品质和矿质元素消耗状况。结果表明,随着营养液浓度的增大,番茄的株高、茎粗、叶片数、叶片面积、叶绿素含量和净光合速率以及果实中可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、果糖和总糖含量均增大,但产量下降、果径减小。营养液浓度为3.0mS/cm的处理相对于其他处理,糖、可溶性固形物和番茄红素含量较高,可滴定酸含量较低,果实品质最好。以营养生长较好、果实品质最佳为标准,确定在毛管力供给肥水的条件下,番茄适宜的营养液浓度为3.0mS/cm,在整个生长期,单株番茄元素消耗量为N 5.71g、K 4.69g、Ca 4.54g、Mg 2.48g、P 1.87g。

Abstract:The study is to elucidate the effect of nutrient solution concentration on tomato plants which were grown in capillary force cultivation system.The experimental material was puhong968 tomato cultivated in capillary force cultivation system which could supply nutrient solution of different concentration(1.0,2.0,3.0 and 6.0 mS/cm).The tomato plant vegetative growth,fruit quality and mineral elements consumption were investigated.The results revealed that:plant height,stem diameter,number of leaves,leaf area,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate and the contents of soluble solids,titratable acidity,fructose and total sugars in fruit increased with the increase of nutrient solution concentration.Tomato production declined and fruit diameter decreased with the increase of nutrient solution concentration.Under the treatment of 3.0 mS/cm,the tomato had higher sugar,soluble solids and lycopene content,lower acidity,and the fruit quality was the best.Based on better vegetative growth and the best fruit quality,we confirmed that the suitable nutrient solution concentration was 3.0 mS/cm under capillary force cultivation system,and the net consuming amount of each element for per plant was N 5.71 g,K 4.69 g,Ca 4.54 g,Mg 2.48 g,P 1.87 g.
