| 摘 要： | 鸡马立克氏病是一种高度接触性、致死性、恶性肿瘤性传染病,一旦发生,损失严重。为快速诊断此病,建立了一种应用SDS-PAGE电泳和Western-blot染色分离鉴定、纯化马立克氏病毒特异性抗原蛋白的方法,并获得了与MDV抗血清特异反应的抗原蛋白。为进一步制备抗MDV特异性单克隆抗体奠定基础。

| Abstract: | The method of SDS-PAGE and Western-blot for isolating and Identifying the specific protein of Mark's virus.The antigen protein which can specially reacted to the serum of MDV was obtained by the method. The specific protein lays a foundation for preparing the specific monoclonal antibody for MDV. |
