| 摘 要： | 生物安全是指与生物有关的各种因素对国家社会、经济、人民健康及生态环境所产生的危害或潜在风险,目前已成为世界关注的焦点.阐述了危害生物安全的三大因素包括致病有害生物、外来生物入侵和转基因生物等,以及当前全球对生物安全管理和立法监管的现状,并提出我国现阶段应采取的对策.

| Abstract: | Biosafety had been focus attracting the world's attention,which was harm or latency hazard of variant factors associated biology on national society,economy,people' health and entironment.Three factors being harmful to the biosafety including pathogenic biology,exotic biology inbreak and transgenic biology were reviewed in this paper,and the current situation of biosafety legislation and superintendence on the world were also discussed.Finally,some manage countermeasures for China were raised accordingly in this stage. |
