摘    要:在室内对25种杀菌剂抑制小麦赤霉病菌菌丝生长效果进行测定的结果表明,25种杀菌剂中40%灭病威胶悬剂、40%多菌灵胶悬剂、30%纹霉净可湿性粉剂、80%多菌灵超微粉剂、20%多菌灵可湿性粉剂、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂6种药剂为高效药剂;70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂、20%粉锈宁乳油等7种药剂是中效药剂;其余12种为低效药剂。对多菌灵、粉锈宁、甲基托布津混合防治小麦赤霉病的优化混合比例的研究表明,在抑菌率大于80%的约束条件下,3种药剂的任意两种混合共有27种优化混合比例。

Abstract:Antifungal actions of 25 kinds of fungicides to Wheat Head Scab hypha growth were measured in Laboratory. The results showed that there were 6 kinds of highly effect fungicides among 25 kinds of fungicides(EC_(50)value <0.5 mg/kg which are 40% Miebingwei SC,and 40% Carbendazim SC,30% Wenmeijing WP, and 80% Carbendazim GP, and 20% or 50% of Carbendazim WP. There were 7 kinds of Medium effect fungicides(EC_(50)value was at 0.5~20 mg/kg), such as 70% thiophanate-methyl WP and 20% triadimefon EC etc. There were 12 kinds of low effect fungicides (the EC_(50) value>20 mg/kg). On the foundation of fungicides selection,optimal blending ratio of between carbendazim and triadimefon or and thiophanate-methyl which control wheat scab were studied by the simplex-barycenter design. Under the constraint condition was larger than bacteriostatic ratio 80%, when arbitrarily two kinds of three trial fungicides blended with one another, there were altogether 27 kinds of optimizations blending proportion among three kinds of optimization projects.
