摘    要:通过研究五倍子对放线菌在唾液获得性膜以及实验生物膜上粘附的影响 ,以探讨五倍子预防菌斑形成的能力。为了测定五倍子对口腔主要常驻菌放线菌体外粘附的影响 ,在生物膜模型中的羟磷灰石片上定植四种口腔常驻菌 ,以形成实验性生物膜。然后给予含五倍子提取物的蔗糖溶液处理生物膜 ,观察其生物膜微生物组成与表面微结构的改变。结果表明 :五倍子对放线菌在生物膜上的早期粘附有一定的抑制作用 ,其机制可能与对菌细胞表面粘结素的抑制有关。五倍子作为一种潜在的抗菌斑药物可能有着良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective:To study the role of Galla Chinensis for the initiative adherence of Actinomyces as a preparation for screening an effective plaque control agent. Method:Actinomyces ATCC 19246 were chosen as the experiment strain,and radiolabeled with~3H-thymidine. The numbers of~3H labeled bacteria attached to S-HA were counted by scintillation counting to indicate the amount of adherence. A four-organism bacterial consortium was grown in a biofilm model and exposed to repeated solution pulsing respectively. After 6 pulses, the biofilm surface structure was observed with the scan electron microscope and the population on the biofilm was enumerated. Results:Galla Chinensis can inhibit the initiative adherence of Actinomyces effectively. Conclusions:Galla Chinensis might work as a potential plaque control agent.
