| 摘 要： | 以天山花楸为试验材料,以阿尔泰山楂、新疆野苹果、山荆子、杜梨和榆叶梅为砧木,研究不同树种嫁接天山花楸的成活率和长势情况,筛选出适合嫁接的砧木树种。结果表明:阿尔泰山楂最优,其次为新疆野苹果,而山荆子、杜梨和榆叶梅不适合作为天山花楸的砧木。阿尔泰山楂作砧木低位嫁接天山花楸比高位嫁接的长势好,且观赏价值高。本研究通过优化阿尔泰山楂初生苗和繁育条件,细化天山花楸嫁接技术,提高了天山花楸接穗的成活率。

| Abstract: | In order to choose the suitable rootstock species for grafting, the survival rate and growth situations of grafting Sorbus tianschanica with different tree species have been studied, which takes Sorbus tianschanica as the test material and takes Crataegus altaica, Malus sieversii, Malus baccata, Pyrus betulifolia and Amygdalus triloba as rootstock. The results show that Crataegus altaica is the best rootstock, Malus sieversii is the second, and Malus baccata, Pyrus betulifolia, Amygdalus triloba aren＇ t suitable rootstock for Crataegus altaica. Grafting Sorbus tianschanica at the below part with taking Crataegus altaica as rootstock can grow better than that at the upper part, which has high ornamental value. It can improve the survival rate of scions of Sorbus tianschanica by optimizing the primary shoot and breeding conditions of Crataegus altaica and refining the grafting technology of Sorbus tianschanica. |
