摘    要:试验选用先玉335和军单8两个品种,设70、65、60、50 cm 4个行距水平,研究不同行距种植对玉米产量及光合作用影响的机制.结果表明:各处理间产量存在差异,70 cm和50 cm处理高于65 cm和60 cm处理,形成产量差异的主要因素是秃尖长度;70 cm和50cm处理在生育后期较其他处理提高了穗位叶叶片的光合速率(Pn),并且保持了较高的叶绿素含量,延迟了叶绿素的分解.说明不同行距处理可影响生育后期叶片活性,表现为光合速率的差别,最终影响秃尖长度,形成产量差异.

Effect of Different Row Spacings on Yield and Chloroplast Rats of Spring Maize
Abstract:In order to characterize the effect of maize row spacing to its photosynthetic performances and yield, two different varieties, Xianyu335 and Jundan8 and four row spacing, 70 cm, 65 cm, 60 cm and 50 cm were used in this study.The results showed that the yields of 70 cm and 50 cm row spacing were superior to the treatments of 65cm and 60 cm.It was found that the length of barren ear tip was the major factor to the differences of yield.The Pn and chlorophyll content of ear leaf increased in the treatments of 70 cm and 50 cm row spacing in later period of maize and degradation of chlorophyll delayed.These results suggested that the row spacing had an effect on the activity of leaf in the later period, which manifested as the differences of Pn.It impacted the length of barren ear tip, which affected yield significantly.
