| 摘 要： | 通过对湖北白猪新系９０头样本的活体性状的９个变量与胴体性状的１０个变量之间的典型相关分析，得出了决定两组性状间相关性的三对典型变量。湖北白猪活体性状与胴体性状之间的相关主要是由：腹围，臀宽及活体膘厚与板油率密切相关。胸围，胸围，臀长，臀围与屠宰率及后腿比例密切相关，体长，胸围与瘦肉率和肥肉率间的较强相关所决定的。分析表明：湖北白猪新品系具有前胸开阔，腹部紧凑，臂部丰满，背膘薄的特点。选育中要加强

| Abstract: | From canonical correlation
analysis of nine variables of live traits and ten variables of carcass traits about ninety
specimens of Hubei white pig, three canonical variables which determined the correlation
between the two traits were obtained. The correlation between live traits and carcass
traits was determined mainly by the close correlation between girth of paunch, dock width,
live backfat thickness and leaf percentage; close correlation between heart girth, dock width,
dock length and dressing percentage and bind hock proportion, and correlation between body
lunch, heart girth and lean meat percentage. The analysis showed that in the selection and
breeding of Hubei white pig, it is important to intensify heart girth and maimtain proper
body length. In order to improve the carcass trait, the three live trait canonical variables may
be utilized. |
