摘    要:检验蚕种杂交率是蚕种质量检验中的重要工作之一,但生产上还没有一种理想的方法,作者研究发明了一种根据蚁蚕形体特征判别纯种和杂交种、结合抽样推断理论检验蚕种杂交率的方法。本文通过生产性试验,比较了这种判别检验方法与目前生产上应用的大蚕期或结茧期判别方法的判别结果的一致性,t检验结果表明2种方法判别结果没有显著差异,表明该方法具有生产实用性。

Abstract:Test of silkworm eggs' hybrid rate plays a very important role in the egg quality inspection, while there is no an ideal way to be applied in the production. Thes have developed a method on silkworm eggs' hybrid rate test based on the body characteristic of newly-hatched silkworm and the deduction theory of sample. Production trials were used to compare the result gotten with this method and the method testing during instar or spinning stage in the prodution. The result of t-test with paired data shows that there is no significant difference between those two methods, which indicates that this method is practical in the sericutural prodution.
