落叶松中二氢槲皮素提取新工艺研究

摘    要:目的]研究落叶松中二氢槲皮素的提取新工艺,为更好地开发利用东北落叶松资源提供试验依据。方法]采用微波辅助预处理的方法改进传统水热提取法提取落叶松中的二氢槲皮素。结果]结果显示,原料粒度为80目、462W下微波预处理3min、浸提温度为90℃、浸提时间为2h,料液比为1:16的条件下,二氢槲皮素的平均提取率为0.981%。与传统的水热提取法比较,微波辅助提取效率提高了22.17%。结论]微波辐射有利于落叶松中二氢槲皮素的提取。
