马尾松与黑松种子醇溶蛋白鉴别的研究

摘    要:马尾松和黑松部分种源的醇溶蛋白电泳和二维排序的研究,发现马尾松的5个种源可分离出14条醇溶蛋白带,其中有4条为共有带.黑松的5个种源可分离出15条醇溶蛋白带,其中有2条共有带.马尾松与黑松种间的醇溶蛋白存在较大差异,用二维排序法可将它们划分为两大类.

Abstract:In this paper, protein electrophoresis and twodimensionalsortings were used to study the difference among some sources of Pinus masoniana and Pinus thunberguiana. The results revealed that 5 sources of P. massoniana had 14 bands of protein, in which there were four basic bands ;another 5 sources of P. thunbergiana had 15 bands of protein, in which there were two basic bands. There were great differences in figure of prolamin between P. massoniana and P. thunbergiana, which were divided into two calsses by two-dimensional sorting.
