| 摘 要： | 用琼脂平板挖洞法和肉汤稀释法探讨了高科技新产品９３８１─杀灭剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌等５种细菌的抑制效果并对鸡１０株大肠杆菌的抑作用与目前常用２０种抗菌素做对照。结果表明，９３８１─杀灭剂２５６０─３２００倍稀释对上述菌有极强的抑制效果；７００倍稀释对鸡、猪大肠杆菌的抑制作用与庆大霉素相当，优于卡那霉素，先锋霉素和氯霉素等。对金黄色葡萄球菌，大肠杆菌，枯草杆菌和炭疽芽胞的杀灭试验表明，该剂具广谱性和高效性。在动物大肠杆菌病的防治方面具有经济，给药方便和效果确实等优点。

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON LIMITING AND DESINFECTING EFFECTS OF 9381 VBC TO BACTERIA |

| Abstract: | This study was to research the limiting and desinfecting effects of 9381-VBC(virus bacterumcide),a new product of high scientific technolgy,to aureus staphylococcus,E.colt,tee.with the gel-diffusion technique and the method of tube titration.A comparison test is also carried out to contrast the sterililzing effects of 9381-VBC to 10 strains of chicken E.coli with that of 20 kinds of antibiotios in present common use.The results showed that 9381-VBC, when diluted by 2560-3200 times,has powerful limiting and desinfecting effects to the bacteria mentioned above and an aquiverlant effect to E.coil of chicken and pigs to gentamicin when diluted b700 times,being superior to kanamycin, Xianfeny.5,and chlorolmycetin,etc..Furthermore,the desinfecting test to aureus staphylococcus,E.coli,hay-bacillus spore and anthracis spore has identified wide range and high effects of the drug in sterilizing bacteria.Therefore,it seems certant that 9381-VBC has reliable,facile and economical adbantages in prophylaxis and treatment of E.colt disease of animals and fouls. |
