| 摘 要： | 应用多聚甲醛溶液在野外对三十多种真菌进行了即时固定。通过扫描电镜和适射电镜观察表明，多种真菌超微结构都能得到良好的固定。证明多聚甲醛溶液是一种良好的真菌野外固定剂。就野外固定在真菌学研究中的重要性进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | More than thirty species of fungi were fixed in field with paraformaldehyde solution. Observed with scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, it showed that many kinds of ultrastructure of fungi were well fixed. It showed paraformaldehyde solution was a good fixative for fixation in field. The importance of fixation in field in mycological study was discussed. |
