| 摘 要： | 选育速生、抗旱广适的刺槐品种是黄淮流域的黄土高原、黄河故道实现生态可持续发展的重要所需。‘民刺1号’为自然选择品种,优树选自民权林场,经多点多年对23个优良无性系进行选育研究,结果表明,‘民刺1号’无性系在民权、西华、洛宁3个试点试验林的胸径、树高和材积均极显著(P<0.01),高于对照‘豫刺1号’和其他刺槐品种。对‘民刺1号’、‘豫刺1号’(CK)、M3、M24、M30、R5进行抗干旱能力对比试验,结果表明,‘民刺1号’和‘豫刺1号’叶片Pn始终明显高于其他刺槐品种。持续干旱胁迫下,‘民刺1号’能有效通过降低Pn、Tr,大幅提高WUE来适应逐渐加剧的水分胁迫,耐干旱能力优于抗干旱的‘豫刺1号’。区域化试验结果表明,洛宁试点造林成活率略低,但该试点9年生‘民刺1号’较‘豫刺1号’的材积分别高出民权试点和西华试点9.44%和14.66%,胸径和高度增益也均为最高。

| Abstract: | The breeding of Robinia pseudoacacia varieties with fast growth,drought resistance and wide adaptability is an important requirement for the realization of ecological sustainable development of the Loess Plateau and the old course of the Yellow River in the Huang Huai River Basin.Robinia pseudoacacia‘Minci No.1’is a natural selection variety,and its superior trees are selected from Minquan forest farm.After many years of breeding research on 23 excellent clones,the results showed that the DBH,tree height and volume of‘Minci No.1’clones in Minquan,Xihua and Luoning experimental forests were significantly higher than those of Robinia pseudoacacia‘Yuci No.1’and other Robinia pseudoacacia varieties(P<0.01).The drought resistance of‘Minci No.1’,‘Yuci No.1’(CK),M3,M24,M30 and R5 were compared.The results showed that Pn in leaves of‘Minci No.1’and‘Yuci No.1’was always significantly higher than that of other Robinia pseudoacacia varieties.Under continuous drought stress,‘Minci No.1’could adapt to the increasing water stress by reducing Pn and Tr and increasing WUE.Its drought tolerance was better than that of‘Yuci No.1’.The results of regional experiment showed that the survival rate of afforestation in Luoning pilot was slightly lower,but the volume of 9-year-old‘Minci No.1’was 9.44% and 14.66% higher than that of‘Yuci No.1’in civil rights pilot and Xihua pilot respectively,and the gain of DBH and height were also the highest. |
