| 摘 要： | 采用微波技术提取核桃花粉中的黄酮,在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验设计,研究微波功率、微波时间、花粉浓度和乙醇体积分数对黄酮提取率的影响,黄酮的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数80%、微波功率600 W、花粉浓度0.07 g/mL、提取时间3 min,提取率可达2.0%。

| Abstract: | The Microwave-assisted extraction technology is used in extracting flavonoids from walnut pollen and the optimum extraction conditions are determined by orthogonal array design.Results:The dissolution rate of flavonoids,from walnut pollen 2.0% under the optimum extraction conditions of 80% ethanol content,600 w Microwave power,3 min and 0.07 g/mL of pollen concentration. |
