蒜棉麦棉套作对棉田土壤微生物生物量碳及活性的影响

摘    要:在大田条件下研究蒜棉、麦棉套作对棉田土壤微生物生物量碳及活性的影响。结果显示,棉花生育期和套作方式均显著影响土壤微生物生物量碳及活性,从苗期到花铃期,土壤微生物生物量碳、土壤呼吸速率和土壤微生物活性均呈上升趋势,到花铃期达到最大值,花铃期到吐絮期呈下降趋势。相对于棉花单作,蒜棉、麦棉套作提高了棉田各生育期土壤微生物生物量碳含量、土壤呼吸速率和土壤微生物活性,有利于土壤养分的转化吸收,其中蒜棉套作效果更显著。
