| 摘 要： | 阐释了农村公共产品的内涵,农村公共产品是指满足农村居民生产和生活、经济增长和社会进步的公共消费需求的产品或劳务,它具有一般公共产品的非排他性、非竞争性和不可分割性的特点。分析了我国政府对农村公共物品的供给情况,以及我国农村公共产品的需求状况,包括农民的培训需求、农村弱势群体的救济需求、农村居民对良好居住环境的需求、农民对＂软＂公共产品的需求。提出了我国农村公共产品供给机制创新的路径：完善公共产品供给决策机制;科学分配农村公共产品供给责任;加快推进各项配套措施改革;开拓多元化的农村公共产品资金筹集渠道。
