摘    要:为使检测结果更准确,研究了溶液酸碱度对氯霉素提取的影响。在9种不同pH值的水溶液中添加氯霉素标准品,乙酸乙酯提取后,用N,O-双(三甲基硅基)三氟乙酰胺(BSTFA)-三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)进行硅烷化处理,用正己烷溶解后,使用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC/MS)检测氯霉素衍生物。通过全扫描质谱图和NIST标准质谱图的对比,对氯霉素衍生物进行定性确定;通过测定特征离子m/z225的值对其定量;再将提取后的水溶液残液全部调至pH=5.5左右,重新检测以确认氯霉素在一些样品中未检出的原因。结果表明,强酸强碱中的氯霉素发生不可逆的分解,在提取氯霉素时应保持中性偏酸环境以达到最佳提取效果。
