摘    要:建立了一种用高效液相色谱-串联质谱同时快速检测葡萄中16种植物生长调节剂残留的分析方法。样品采用含5%乙酸的乙腈溶液提取,用盐包脱水,分散固相萃取剂方法净化,采用电喷雾(ESI)正负离子切换模式电离,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,标准曲线外标法定量。表明,16种农药在0.01~0.5mg/kg的浓度范围内线性良好(r≥0.9932),在三档0.05、0.1、0.5mg/kg添加浓度下,平均回收率为71%~114.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.9%~17.8%之间,方法的定量限(LOQ)均为0.05mg/kg。该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,满足目前国内外对植物生长调节剂残留限量的要求,可为葡萄中植物生长调节剂的监管提供技术支撑。

Abstract:An ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric(UPLC-MS/MS)method was established for the determination of 16 plant growth regulator residues in grapes.The grape samples were extracted with acetonitrile containing 1%acetic acid,and dehydrated with a mixture of buffer salts,and purified by dispersive solid phase extraction method.The analysis of 16 plant growth regulators was carried out under electrospray ionization(ESI)mode and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode,quantified by matrix matching curve external standard method.The results showed that the calibration curves of 16 plant growth regulators were linear(r≥0.9932)in the concentration range of 0.01~0.5 mg/kg.The average recoveries at three spiked levels of 0.05,0.1 and 0.5 mg/kg were in the ranges of 71%~114.5%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 0.9%~17.8%.The quantitation limit(LOQ)was 0.05 mg/kg.The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate enough for the confirmation and quantitative determination of multiple pesticide residues in grapes,and is capable of providing technical support for the regulation of plant growth regulator residues in common grapes.
