自走式玉米去雄机设计与试验

摘    要:为实现我国玉米主栽品种的机械去雄,采用自主研发与研学标杆机型相结合的方法,设计开发了3XZG-8YA型自走式玉米去雄机,该机配有适用于我国杂交玉米制种种植模式的去雄装置,可一次对8行玉米进行去雄作业。进行了不同品种、不同种植模式田间试验和去雄性能检测,结果表明,该机作业效率≥1.0 hm^2/h,去雄率84%,满足我国杂交玉米种子主产区需求。

Abstract:In order to realize mechanical emasculation of main maize cultivar in China,a 3XZG-8YA self-propelled corn emasculation machine was designed and developed by combining method of independent research and development with benchmarking model.Field experiments were carried out on different planting modes of different varieties and emasculation performance tests,and the results showed that operating efficiency of the machine was ≥1.0 hm2/h,and emasculation rate was 84%,meeting needs of main producing areas of hybrid corn seeds in China.
