摘    要:为促进新品种权审查提速,尽早实现"快保护",基于DUS测试实践及来源于农业农村部的数据分析,对我国草本花卉DUS测试现状进行总结。草本花卉的新品种权审批由农业农村部植物新品种保护办公室负责,农业系统具有相对完善的测试机构,拥有一支高素质的测试队伍,采用的是官方测试为主,现场考察为辅的实质审查方式。根据我国草本花卉DUS测试机构、测试指南、品种权申请与授权情况和DUS测试基本情况,归纳DUS测试中的常见问题,并提出提高DUS测试质量的建议。面对我国的丰富花卉资源保护重任,草本花卉DUS测试任重而道远。
