| 摘 要： | 茶与舞的关联。“御舞”非“舞”而为茶。“乌程之御舞”出于宋·杨伯嵒《臆乘》一书的《茶名》。迄今首次发现文献上记载“乌程”即今之湖州市吴兴区有名茶“御舞”。其他典籍史料均未记载。《臆乘·茶名》将“丹丘之仙茶”与“乌程之御舞”并列,对比突显名茶之优异。“谢氏论茶”疑为皎然《茶诀》内容。

| Abstract: | There is a connection between tea and dance.The“Yuwu”,which literally means imperial dance,was not“dance”but a kind of tea.The“Yuwu of Wucheng”was derived from Yang Boyan’s Tea Names of Yi Cheng.It has been found that there is a famous tea“Yuwu”in Wuxing district of Huzhou city,which was recorded in the literature as“Wucheng”.In Yi Cheng·Tea Names,by comparing“Xiancha of Danqiu”and“Yuwu of Wucheng”,the excellence of famous tea was highlighted.“Xie’s Discussion on Tea”was thus inferred to be the content in Jiaoran’s Tea Recipe. |
