基于响应曲面的豌豆压痕加载曲线硬度测定方法试验分析

摘    要:为寻求基于压痕加载曲线的谷物硬度测定方法作业参数的最优组合,以自然干燥的豌豆为试验对象,进行压痕加载曲线试验方法作业参数优化分析。以锥尖粗糙度、四棱锥压头锥度和压头硬度为自变量,压痕曲线线性段起点比值(Y_1)和线性段距离比值(Y_2)为响应值,根据Box-Behnken试验设计原理,采用Design-Expert数据处理软件及三因素三水平响应面分析法,对各试验因素及其交互作用进行探究。结果表明:Y_1的回归模型显著水平P0.000 1,失拟项P0.05。Y_2的回归模型显著水平P=0.000 6,失拟项P0.05。Y_1和Y_2的回归模型极其显著,失拟不显著,拟合的二次回归方程与实际相符合;3个因素对试验性能参数Y_1和Y_2的响应顺序由大到小均为:压头锥度、锥尖粗糙度、压头硬度。

Abstract:In order to find the best combination of working parameters of grain hardness test method based on indentation loading curve, the natural dried peas were taken as the test object, and the optimization analysis of working parameters of indentation loading curve test method was carried out. The roughness of taper, the taper of the four pyramid indenter and the hardness of the indenter were taken as independent variables. The starting point ratio(Y1)and the distance ratio(Y2)of the linear section of the indentation curve were adopted as response values. Based on the Box-Behnken test design principle, the Design-Expert data processing software and three factors and three levels response surface analysis method were used to explore the test factors and their interaction. The results showed that: The significant level of Y1 regression model was P<0. 000 1, and the lack of fit item was P>0. 05; The significant level of Y2 regression model was P=0. 000 6, and the lack of fit item was P>0. 05. The regression model of Y1 and Y2 were extremely significant, but the lack of fit item was not significant. The fitted quadratic regression equation was consistent with the actual situation; The response level in descending order of the three factors to the test performance parameters Y1 and Y2 was: Indenter taper, tip roughness and indenter hardness.
