| 摘 要： | 加强校园文化建设,对深化教育综合改革、加强高校思想政治工作、提升高校核心竞争力具有重要意义。以上海高校为例,在分析校园文化建设内在因素与外在诉求基础上,总结高校校园文化建设基本特征与面临的发展困境,并从高校内涵建设和队伍能力提升的视角提出新时代高校校园文化建设需要重点关注与把握四“力”:理论武装与价值引领相结合培育引导力,历史传承与文化创新相结合提升传播力,资源共享与协同推进相结合增强辐射力,引育并举与资源保障相结合提高组织力。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the construction of campus culture is of great significance to deepening the comprehensive reform of education,strengthening ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and enhancing the core competitiveness of colleges and universities.Taking Shanghai colleges and universities as an example,on the basis of analyzing the internal factors and external appeals of campus culture construction,it sums up the basic characteristics of college campus culture construction and the bottlenecks of development,and puts forward the campus culture construction of colleges and universities in the new era from the perspective of university connotation construction and team ability improvement.It is necessary to focus on and grasp the four“powers”:combining theoretical arms and value leadership to foster guidance,combining historical heritage with cultural innovation to enhance communication,combining resource sharing and coordinated promotion to enhance the radiation force,and combining education and resources guarantee to improve the organizational strength. |
