| 摘 要： | 数字乡村建设是乡村振兴战略的实施方向，也是数字中国的重要组成部分。农业电商的广泛开展，赋能数字乡村建设，在提升农村地区数字化水平的同时，还拓宽了农民增收的渠道。然而，农村地区人才短缺的现状，严重制约着数字乡村建设和农业电商的发展。通过梳理数字乡村建设对农业电商创新创业人才的需求，明晰农业电商创新创业人才培养过程中面临的“培养谁-谁培养-如何培养”的问题。提出以地方院校为培养主体，面向地方大中专院校在校生、农村地区有意愿的创新创业人员和城镇中计划返乡创业人员，分类制定培养方案，开展涵盖农业电商专业知识、创新精神和创业素养等内容的系统化创新创业教育。

| Abstract: | The proposal of rural digital development strategy not only stimulates the vitality of rural development，especially promotes the development of agricultural e-commerce，and widens the way of increasing farmers′ income.However，the current shortage of talents in rural areas severely restricts development of digital village construction and agricultural e-commerce.The urgent problem is tantamount to solve the problem of insufficient talents. Taking agricultural e-commerce as the direction of entrepreneurship，based on the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents，the cultivation requirements of talents were discussed.With college students and junior college students in all provinces as the main body of training，and with the willing innovation and entrepreneurship personnel in rural areas and those planning to return to their hometown in cities and towns as the supplement，classified development of training programs has been put forward.Systematic innovation and entrepreneurship education activities were carry out，mainly including agricultural e-commerce professional knowledge，innovation spirit and entrepreneurship literacy. |
