摘    要:人工光植物工厂具有环境可控、高密度种植及周年生产等优点。该文简要叙述了科技部对发展中国家科技援助项目的实施情况,设计开发了一种地下室人工光植物工厂,并在罗马尼亚布加勒斯进行运营生产。结果表明,该工厂设计方案合理,为罗马尼亚当地种植拓宽了思路,是中国设施农业高技术水平在“一带一路”国家实施的典范,为中罗合作提供机遇,对加强许多国家和地区的联系有重要意义。

Abstract:Artificial light plant has advantages of controllable environment,high density planting and annual production.The Ministry of Science and Technology′s implementations of scientific and technological assistance projects in developing countries were briefly described,a basement artificial light plant factory was designed and developed,and it was conducted production in Bucharest,Romania.Results showed that design of the plant was reasonable,which could broaden the ideas for local planting in Romania.It is a model for the implementation of high-tech levels of Chinese facility agriculture in the Belt and Road countries,and it has important implications for strengthening links in many countries and regions.
