| 摘 要： | 常用卡簧钳一体化设计存在缺陷,针对安装或拆卸孔用和轴用弹性挡圈时需要两把卡簧钳且弹性挡圈容易脱落等问题,设计一种内外卡簧通用卡簧钳。介绍通用卡簧钳的结构原理、使用效果和机构特点。使用结果表明,通用卡簧钳克服了原有结构设计的不足,结构简单,使用方便,提高了卡簧钳的通用性和使用效能。

| Abstract: | In view of the defects in the integrated design of common calipers,two calipers are needed to install or remove the elastic rings for holes and shafts,and the elastic clamps fall off easily.This paper introduces the structure principle,application effect and mechanism characteristics of universal calipers.The results show that the universal caliper overcomes the deficiency of the original structure design,simple in structure and easy to use,and improves the versatility and efficiency of the caliper. |
