ZFY专门化品系猪主要选育性状典型相关分析

摘    要:对ZFY专门化品系猪的主要选育性状进行典型相关分析.结果表明:体质量性状、体尺性状、100 kg体质量校正日龄和背膘厚3组性状间均存在较强相关性.体质量与体尺性状间、体质量性状与100 kg体质量校正日龄和背膘厚间的第一典型相关系数均达极显著相关水平(P<0.01),分别为0.828和0.85,占总相关的92.11%和97.80%;体尺性状与100 kg体质量校正日龄和背膘厚间的第一、二典型相关系数达显著相关(P<0.05),第一典型相关系数为0.607,占总相关的78.52%.分析表明,12项选育性状中6月龄体质量、胸围、腹围、100 kg体质量校正日龄和背膘厚起主要作用.

Abstract:The analysis of canonical correlation for main traits in specific line ZFY was carried out in this experiment.The results indicated that powerful correlation was existed among body weight traits,body measurement traits,age-corrected and backfat thickness-corrected of weighting at 100 kg.The first coefficients of canonical correlation of body weight traits with body measurement traits was significant(P<0.O1),the canonical correlation coefficient was 0.828,respectively represented 92.11% of total correlation.The first coefficients of canonical correlation of body weight traits with age-corrected and backfat thickness-corrected of weighting at 100 kg were significant(P<0.O1),the canonical correlation coefficient 0.851,respectively represented 97.80%of total correlation.The first and secand canonical correlation coefficients of body measurement traits with age-corrected and backfat thickness-corrected of weighting at 100 kg were significant(P<0.05),the first canonical correlation coeffident was 0.607,respectively represented 78.52% of total correlation.Analysis of the results showed that weight,chest girth,and girth of paunch for 6 month,age-corrected and backfat thickness-corrected of weighting at 100 kg were the main traits.
