| 摘 要： | 鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)具有高度变异的特点,在养鸡业中不断发生变异,产生较多的血清型和基因型,且不同血清型之间缺乏交叉保护,常常导致养鸡生产中的免疫失败,防控难度较大,给我国养鸡业造成巨大经济损失。论文从IBV变异的分子机制(基因点突变、插入和缺失以及同源重组)、变异的理论基础(基因突变、基因重组)等方面阐述了IBV的变异机理,同时对IBV疫苗研究现状进行了综述,为鸡传染性支气管炎的免疫防控及相关研究提供参考。
