| 摘 要： | 以两个不同穗型水稻品种辽梗326(直立型)和奥羽316(弯穗型)为试材，测定了生育后期生理生化指标，每次取倒3叶进行测定，包括超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)，过氧化物酶(POX)，过氧化氢酶(CAT)，可溶性蛋白含量。从测定结果来看，抽穗以前辽梗326各项指标明显高于奥羽316，抽穗以后各项指标变化有所不同，体现了两品种不同的衰老特性。

| Abstract: | The difference of cell defence enzymes,solube protein contents between Liaojing 326 and Aoyu316 had been studed .The soluble protein contents of Liaojing 326 is higher than that of Aoyu316.There were fluctuation in the activity of SOD of flag leave in various development periods.The activity of SOD was positively correlated to the activity of catalase. The peroxdise showed different trend. |
