摘    要:目的]研究卷烟主流烟气中氰化物含量的测定方法,同时对烟气补集装置进行改进。方法]以0.2 mol/L NaOH为吸收液,采用改进的烟气捕集装置捕集卷烟主流烟气中氰化物,然后在酸性介质中蒸馏分离,将捕集液中氰化物以HCN形态蒸出,再用1%(m/V)NaOH溶液吸收馏出液。馏出液中氰化物含量采用间接分光光度法测定。结果]CN-质量浓度在0~0.8 mg/L范围内符合比耳定律,检出限为0.02 mg/L,工作曲线相关系数0.999。用于实际样品分析,方法相对标准偏差为0.6%~1.7%,加标回收率为84.46%~108%。结论]分光光度法满足卷烟主流烟气中HCN的研究,改进后的装置吸收效果令人满意。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the determination method of cyanide in mainstream smoke and improvement of mainstream smoke absorption device.Method] Cyanides in mainstream smoke were trapped by the adoption of improved gas trap with 0.2 mol/L NaOH as absorption solution.HCN was steamed out from the cyanide in the trapping solution after distillation separation in acid medium and then absorbed by 1%(m/V)of NaOH solution.Cyanides in the distillate were determined by indirect spectrophotometry.Result] Beer′s law held in the quality concentration range of 0~0.8 mg/L of ion CN-with 0.02 mg/L of the detection limit and the correlation coefficient 0.999 of calibration curve.The relative standard deviation of the actual samples determination results were 0.6%~1.7% and the recoveries of standard addition were 84.46% to 108%.Conclusion] The spectrophotometry could be used to determine the content of cyanide in mainstream smoke.And the effect of the improved device was satisfactory.
