摘    要:目的]研究不同土壤改良剂对烤烟根区土壤微生态及烟叶质量的影响。方法]采用大田随机区组试验,研究烟田施用几种土壤改良剂对烤烟根区土壤pH、微生物和酶活性以及烤后烟叶评吸质量的影响。结果]烟田施用土壤生态调节剂和微生物肥,可降低烤烟生育前期根区土壤pH,提高过氧化氢酶和碱性磷酸酶活性,增加土壤微生物总量,提高烤后烟叶评吸质量;施用腐植酸和硫磺可明显降低根区土壤pH和酶活性,增加土壤微生物总量,但对烤后烟叶香气质和香气量提高不明显,并且燃烧性变差。结论]土壤生态调节剂和微生物肥改善了根区土壤微生态环境,提高了烟叶质量。

Effects of Various Soil Modifiers on Microbiology of Root-zone Soil and Quality of Fule-cured Tobacco

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of various soil modifiers on microbiology of root-zone soil and the quality of fule-cured tobacco.Method] Randomized block design experiment was adopted.Effects of various modifiers on pH in root-zone soil,microorganism,enzymes activity and somking quality were studied.Result] In condition of using soil entironment regulator and animalcule fertilizer,root-zone soil,catalase activity,alkaline phosthatase activity and the quality of microorganism increased,then smoking quality enhanced.In condition of using humic acid fertilizer and sulfur,pH in root-zone soil and enzymes activity reduced clearly,but the quality of arom and the volume of arom of tobacco leaves had no changes,and the combustibility falled.Conclusion] Soil entironment regulator and animalcule fertilizer improved the microbiology of root-zone soil and enhanced the quality of fule-cured tobacco.
