摘    要:目的]建立马利筋组培苗快繁体系,为良种繁育提供理论依据。方法]以野生马利筋种子为材料,在无菌萌发的基础上,比较不同浓度激素组合对马利筋的萌发、分化、增殖及生根的诱导效果。结果]Ms培养基对野生马利筋种子的发芽效果较好;4号培养基MS+0.2 mg/L6-BA+0.5 mg/LNAA对芽的增殖效果较好;7号培养基Ms+0.5 mg/LNAA对根的诱导效果较好。结论]马利筋适合用组培快繁技术来加速获得种苗。

Preliminary Research on the Tissue Culture of Asclepsus curassavica

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to establish a rapid propagation system for the tissue culture seedlings of Asclepsus curassavica,in order to provide theoretical basis for the fine variety breeding.Method] Taking the seeds of wild A.curassavica as research materials,induction effects of different concentrations of hormone combinations on the germination,differentiation,and rooting of A.curassavica were compared,based on the aseptic germination.Result] A.curassavica seeds showed good germination on MS culture medium.On the No.4 culture medium of MS+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA,bud showed good proliferation.The No.7 culture medium of MS +0.5 mg/L NAA had good induction effect for the root.Conclusion] Technique of tissue culture and rapid propagation were suitable for the seedling cultivation of A.curassavica.
