| 摘 要： | 从农田、林地、森林公园、自然保护区等几种土地利用类型中土壤线虫群落的组成、多样性及分布特征方面入手,综述了不同土地利用方式对土壤线虫群落组成和多样性的影响的研究,提出了湿地、自然保护区及森林公园的土壤线虫群落的研究较少,建议应用分子生物技术、地理信息系统等空间技术可为土壤线虫的深入研究提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the composition,diversity and distribution of soil nematodes in several land use patterns,such as farmland,woodland,forest park,natural reserve and so on,the studies on the effect of different land use patterns on the composition and diversity of soil nematodes community were reviewed,it was found out that there were few studies on the soil nematodes community in wetland,natural reserve and forest park,and it was suggested that the molecular biotechnology and GIS could be applied to the in-depth research of soil nematodes. |
