摘    要:目的]以虾Y-器官微粒体7、8-脱氢酶催化胆固醇,制备7-脱氢胆固醇。方法]通过单因素试验,研究影响转化反应的各种因素。结果]将摘除眼柄的刀额新对虾(Metapenaeus ensis)Y-器官,匀浆、离心制备的微粒体酶液,于22℃与胆固醇避光反应6 h,可以积累相对较多的7-脱氢胆固醇。结论]该研究为利用虾Y-器官7、8-脱氢酶转化胆固醇为7-脱氢胆固醇奠定基础。

Study on the Transformation of Cholesterol to 7-dehydrocholesterol by 7, 8-dehydrogenase from Shrimps' Y-organ

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to catalyze cholesterol to prepare 7-dehydrocholesterol by using 7,8-dehydrogenase from shrimps' Y-organ microsome.Method] Using single factor test,various influencing factors of the transformation test were studied.Result] Y organ of Metapenaeus ensis that eyestalk was removed was used to prepare microsomal enzyme solution after homogenation and centrifugation.It was reacted with cholesterin at 22 ℃ under shading conditions,which could accumulate relatively more 7-dehydrocholesterol.Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for transforming cholesterol to 7-dehydrocholesterol using 7,8-dehydrogenase from shrimps' Y-organ.
