微波快速萃取水飞蓟籽油试验

摘    要:试验以水飞蓟种籽为原料,用微波辅助萃取方法对水飞蓟籽油进行萃取研究,考察不同萃取剂、微波功率、液固比、萃取时间等因素对水飞蓟籽油萃取效率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上运用正交试验设计,对萃取工艺参数进行了优化研究。结果表明,微波功率为560 W,液固比为7:1,萃取时间为4 min时,萃取效率可达到索氏萃取法(10 h)的93%以上,而萃取时间仅是索氏萃取方法的1/150。

Abstract:The silybum marianum seed oil was extracted with microwave-assisted extraction method,the influences of different solvents,microwave irradiation and time,liquid-solid ratio on extraction efficiency of sily-bum marianum seed oil were studied.According to the results of single fraction experiments,orthogonal experi-ments were introduced to optimize the extracting process,extraction time was 4 min,power was 560 W,and liquid-solid ratio was 7:1.Compared with Soxhlet method,the results showed that extraction efficiency could be achieved more than 90% and the time was only 1/150 of time of Soxhlet method.It will impel industrialization of the microwave-assisted extraction technology.
