舟山野菊花序不同萃取物抑菌活性的研究

摘    要:对野菊花序采用微波粗提,经石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水得萃取物,通过K-B法和倍比稀释法,分别对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的标准、耐药菌株进行体外抑菌活性测试。结果表明:水相的抑菌活性〉正丁醇〉乙酸乙酯,石油醚萃取物无抑菌效果;水相对大肠埃希菌标准、耐药菌株的MIC分别为15.62 mg/mL和7.81 mg/mL,对金黄色葡萄球菌的标准、耐药菌株的MIC分别为3.90 mg/mL和1.95 mg/mL,正丁醇相的MIC在15.62~31.25 mg/mL之间。水相和正丁醇相呈现较强的广谱抑菌活性,且具有抗耐药菌作用。

Antimicrobial Activity of the Extract in the Inflorescence of Chrysanthemum indicum from Zhoushan Archipelago

Abstract:The ethanol crude extracts(ECE) in the inflorescence of Chrysanthemum indicum from Zhoushan Archipelago was obtained by microwave assisted extract and further purified by liquid-liquid partition to afford four fractions: petroleum ether(A),ethyl acetate(B),butanol(C) and aqueous(D).Through the K-B method and serial dilution method,the antimicrobial activities of the four fractions on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and the standard drug-resistant strains were tested.The order of activities from high to low was fraction D,fraction C,fraction B and fraction A.The MIC of fraction D on Escherichia coli standard and drug-resistant strains,Staphylococcus aureus standard and drug-resistant strains were 15.62 mg/mL,7.81 mg/mL,3.90 mg/mL and 1.95 mg/mL,respectively.The MIC of fraction C on the two standard and drug-resistant strains were between 15.62 mg/mL and 31.25 mg/mL.The data indicated the fraction D and C showed a strong broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and anti-resistant effect.
