4种重金属离子对黑鲷幼鱼的急性毒性研究

摘    要:以体长(5.09±0.71)cm、体质量(2.09±0.66)g的黑鲷幼鱼为实验动物,采用静水停食试验法,在水温(28.8±1.6)℃,pH 8.24条件下,开展了Zn^2+、Cr^6+、Cu^2+、Hg^2+4种重金属离子对黑鲷幼鱼的急性毒性试验。结果表明,Zn^2+对黑鲷幼鱼的24h、48 h、72 h、96 h LC50分别为11.53 mg/L、10.15 mg/L、6.56 mg/L、6.09 mg/L;Cr^6+对黑鲷幼鱼的24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h LC50分别为31.48 mg/L、24.31 mg/L、23.01 mg/L、23.01 mg/L;Cu^2+对黑鲷幼鱼的24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h LC50分别为2.75 mg/L、1.55 mg/L、1.30 mg/L、1.06 mg/L;Hg^2+对黑鲷幼鱼的24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h LC50分别为0.098 8 mg/L、0.098 1 mg/L、0.089 2 mg/L,0.0742 mg/L。4种重金属离子对黑鲷幼鱼的毒性强度由高到低依次为Hg^2+、Cu^2+、Zn^2+、Cr^6+。最后还就重金属离子对黑鲷幼鱼的致毒特征、对黑鲷幼鱼早期发育的影响,以及水环境中重金属离子的毒性评价与控制进行了探讨。

Acute Toxicity of Four Kinds of Heavy Metal on Juveniles Sparus macrocephalus

Abstract:Juveniles Sparus macrocephalus,with length of 5.09±0.71 cm and weight of 2.09±0.66 g,have been chosen as the subjects of our experiment which has been done to investigate the influences of acute toxicity of four kinds of heavy metal on juveniles Sparus macrocephalus.The experiment is done with water temperature(28.8±1.6) ℃ and pH 8.24.The results of the experiment indicate that the median-lethal concentrations(LC50) in 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h to juveniles Sparus macrocephalus are 11.53 mg/L,10.15 mg/L,6.56 mg/L,6.09 mg/L for Zn^2+ respectively;31.48 mg/L,24.31 mg/L,23.01 mg/L,23.01 mg/L for Cr^6+ respectively;2.75 mg/L,1.55 mg/L,1.30 mg/L,1.06 mg/L for Cu^2+ respectively and 0.098 8 mg/L,0.098 1 mg/L,0.089 2 mg/L,0.074 2 mg/L for Hg^2+ respectively.The degrees of the intensity of the toxicity of these four kinds of heavy metal on juveniles Sparus macrocephalus are Hg^2+Cu^2+Zn^2+Cr^6+ succesively.Finally,this paper has discussed the poisoning features of ions of heavy metals,the impact of acute toxicity of heavy metal on juveniles Sparus macrocephalus in the stage of their early growth,toxicity evaluation,as well as the control of the ions of heavy metals in water.
