摘    要:以鱼油为脂肪源,配制脂肪水平分别为3.1%、5.8%、9.4%、11.9%和15.1%的5种试验饲料,饲喂厚唇弱棘鯻60 d,研究了不同脂肪水平对厚唇弱棘鯻血液生化指标的影响。结果表明:随着饲料中脂肪水平的升高,厚唇弱棘鯻血清中的高密度脂蛋白含量、谷草转氨酶活性和谷丙转氨酶活性显著升高(P〈0.05),总甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量显著下降(P〈0.05),低密度脂蛋白含量和碱性磷酸酶活性表现为先上升后下降的趋势。本研究认为,当饲料脂肪水平超过11.9%时,容易导致厚唇弱棘鯻肝功能受损,机体表现机能障碍。

Effects of Dietary Lipids on the Serum Biochemical Indices of Sooty Grunter

Abstract:The effects of dietary lipids on the serum biochemical indices of sooty grunter juveniles were investigated.Fish were feed with five experimental diets containing 3.1%,5.8%,9.4%,11.9% and 15.1% lipid for 60 d.At the end of the experiment,the serum biochemical indices were measured.With the increase of the dietary lipid,the content of high density lipoprotein and the activities of AST and ALT of sooty grunter's serum were increased(P0.05),while the content of triglyceride and total cholesterol decline significantly(P0.05).The content of low density lipoprotein and alkaline phosphatase activities increased first and decreased later with the growing lipid.Therefore,the dietary in which lipid level exceeded 11.9% could impair liver function of sooty grunter and cause body dysfunction.
