蓝莓种植环境自适应光照调控系统设计

摘    要:针对蓝莓种植环境光照调节耗力和效率低的问题,研制了蓝莓种植环境的自适应光照系统。该系统包括下位机和上位机两部分,下位机以STM32单片机为核心,通过BH1750光照传感器检测光照强度,其检测范围能达到1~65 535 Lx,根据外界环境的光自适应地改变输出,并以PID算法调整输出PWM信号,从而驱动大功率LED照明器实现补光;上位机是运行在Labview平台中开发的监测软件,可实时显示光照强度值并进行相关数据统计和曲线描绘。试验证明,系统能满足长时间低功耗运行的要求,并对蓝莓的生长起到促进作用,可为其他作物的动态补光提供技术参考。

Abstract:Aiming at problems of light adjustment and low efficiency of blueberry planting environment illumination,an adaptive lighting system of blueberry planting environment was developed.The system included lower computer and upper computer in two parts.The lower computer took the STM32 single-chip microcomputer as its core and detected the light intensity through the BH1750 light sensor.The detection range could reach 1-65535 Lx,and the output could be adaptively changed according to light of external environment.The PWM signal could be adjusted by PID algorithm to drive large power LED illuminator to fill light.The upper computer was run on the LabVIEW platform developed monitoring software,real-time display of light intensity values and related data statistics and curve depicting.After test,the system could meet requirements of low-power operation for a long time,and promote growth of blueberries,which could provide technical reference for dynamic supplement of other crops.
