摘    要:针对当前农业灾害给农业生产带来的影响,加强对区域农业灾害的风险评估和危险区域划分,进而提出相关的农业防治措施,是解决当前农业灾害损失的有效途径和方法。结合上述的需求,提出采用层次分析法和综合加权法构建农业洪涝灾害风险评估模型。然后以陕西关中农业洪涝灾害为例,以GIS为基础对陕西关中洪涝灾害风险区域进行划分,进而直观地呈现关中地区农业灾害的严重程度。通过计算与历史数据的比对发现关中洪涝灾害发生风险分布与历史数据基本吻合,验证了上述方法的可行性和准确性,为农业灾害风险的预防提供了一种可借鉴的方法。

Abstract:Aiming at impact of current agricultural disasters to agricultural production,it is necessary to strengthen risk assessment and hazardous area division for regional agricultural disasters,and then put forward relevant agricultural control measures,which is an effective way to solve current agricultural disaster losses.According to above requirements,a risk assessment model for agricultural flood disaster was proposed by analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive weighting method. And then take Guanzhong agricultural flood of Shaanxi disaster as an example,on the basis of GIS,risk area of flood and waterlogging disaster in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi was divided,and then severity of agricultural disaster in Guanzhong area was presented.By comparing calculated data with historical data,it was found that risk distribution of flood disasters in Guanzhong was basically consistent with historical data,which further verified feasibility and accuracy of above methods,and provided a reference method for prevention of agricultural disaster risk.
