圆盘式开沟机正反转开沟运动学分析及参数优化

摘    要:针对圆盘式开沟机开沟方式、作业参数选择不合理,造成工作过程中功率消耗大的问题,通过理论分析和试验验证,研究开沟方式、作业参数与功率消耗的关系。对正、反转开沟过程进行运动学分析,建立开沟方式与开沟深度的适应性方程。利用室内土槽试验台,构建正、反转开沟功耗测试系统。单因素试验表明:当开沟深度为0~368mm时,反转开沟功率消耗大于正转开沟;当开沟深度为368~500mm时,正转开沟功率消耗大于反转开沟。采用正交旋转组合试验,研究了开沟深度、刀盘转速和前进速度对功率消耗的影响规律,得出各因素对正转开沟功率消耗影响的主次顺序是:开沟深度前进速度刀盘转速,对反转开沟功率消耗影响的主次顺序是:开沟深度刀盘转速前进速度。采用多因素单目标优化方法,建立功耗模型并求解得出,当开沟深度为185mm,刀盘转速为190r/min,前进速度为0.85km/h时,正转开沟功耗最小为29.47kW;当开沟深度为415mm,刀盘转速为217r/min,前进速度为1.03km/h时,反转开沟功耗最小为36.28kW。验证试验表明:2种开沟方式下,理论值和试验值的相对误差分别为7.32%和2.47%。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of large power consumption of disc ditcher,an indoor power consumption test system of clockwise and counterclockwise ditching was built.By single factor experiment,the clockwise and counterclockwise ditching power consumptions were analyzed.The result show that:When the ditching depth is 0-368 mm,the power consumption of counterclockwise ditching is greater than the clockwise;When the ditching depth is 368-500 mm,the power consumption of clockwise ditching is greater than the counterclockwise.By orthogonal experiment,do a study about the influence of the ditching depth,cutting wheel rotation speed and forward speed on the power consumption.The test shows that the orders of various factors influencing the power consumption of clockwise ditching is ditching depth > forward speed > cutting wheel rotation speed.The power consumption of clockwise ditching primary and secondary order is ditching depth > cutting wheel rotation speed > forward speed.By adopting the method of multi-factor single objective optimization,a model of power consumption on ditching depth is established,it shows that:When the ditching depth is 185 mm,the rotation speed is 190 r/min,and the forward speed is 0.85 km/h,minimum power consumption of forward furrowing is 29.47 kW.When the ditching depth is 415 mm,the rotation speed is 217 r/min,and the forward speed is 1.03 km/h,minimum power consumption of inversion furrowing is 36.28 kW.Under the condition of two trenching methods,the relative error of theoretical value and experimental value are 7.32% and 2.47%,respectively.It is proved that the power consumption model and the optimization results have higher accuracy.The results provide reference for the product designers to select economic power consumption parameters and working conditions with different working parameters.
