| 摘 要： | 小型农田水利工程是作为农业生产过程中能够提供水资源的重要来源地。首先对农田水利工程建设任务进行中质量控制的加强措施做出总结，从成本控制、进度目标设定以及安全管理等方面进行讨论，分析影响工程成本的因素以及成本最小化的建议，保证农业生产过程的最优进行。

| Abstract: | Projects of small irrigation and water conservancy were important sources of water resources in process of agricultural production.Measures to strengthen quality control in middle of construction task were summarized，and cost control，schedule target setting and safety management were discussed，factors that affect cost of project and minimized cost were analyzed，so as to ensure the best progress of agricultural production process. |
