摘    要:可靠性是现代农机装备市场竞争力的一个重要因素。重庆市以丘陵山地为主,自然条件与土地资源禀赋较差,这就对农机装备的可靠性提出了更高的要求。该文根据重庆市小型收割机制造企业与现场使用调研的结果,从固有可靠性、使用可靠性以及售后服务质量3个方面对重庆市小型收割机的可靠性现状进行分析。在此基础上,对小型收割机的可靠性提高策略展开研究,从企业生产、用户使用以及售后服务3个方面提出了提高重庆市小型收割机可靠性的对策建议,为提升我国丘陵山区农机装备的可靠性水平提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:Reliability is an important factor in market competitiveness of agricultural equipment.Chongqing is dominated by hilly and mountainous areas,and natural conditions and land resources are very complicated,which have higher requirements for reliability of agricultural equipment.According to results of investigation of small-scale harvester production enterprises and field use in Chongqing,present situation of reliability for small-scale harvester was analyzed from three aspects including inherent reliability,operational reliability and after-sale service quality.Based on the analysis,reliability increasing strategies of small-scale harvester were researched,and countermeasures to improve reliability of small-scale harvester were put forward from three aspects including enterprise production,user operation and after-sales service.It provided reference for improving reliability of agricultural equipment in hilly and mountainous areas of China.
