摘    要:免耕播种机播种工况监测系统采用红外对管监测装置,排种管一旦出现堵塞、漏播等现象时,监测报警显示仪即可发出报警信号,及时指示故障的位置和性质,可最大限度地避免漏播现象发生,大大提高了播种机的工作效率和播种质量,具有监测精度高,电路简单,成本低廉,安装方便等优点。

Abstract:This article describes the structure and principle of monitor system for no-tillage drill. Infrared LED was adopted in the system, and the alarm would be given when a missing seed or blocking occurred and operators could immediately check up the position and character of fault, so that the missing seed could be avoided and working efficiency and planting quality was greatly improved. This system had the advantages of high monitoring precision , simple circuit d.c. , low cost and convenient installation, and so on .
