| Abstract: | The construction of the new countryside is essential to the development of China, which is also a key to the service offered by the county libraries. The county libraries are the bases of the cultural construction. Therefore, how to make them function well, make full use of all resources and promote the village development effectively is a problem which needs further analysis. |
