| 摘 要： | 安徽是农业大省,秸秆资源丰富。秸秆焚烧会污染环境、危害交通、引发火灾、破坏农田生态。秸秆还田可以提供植物养分,改良土壤,改善农田生态。但是目前安徽秸秆禁烧和还田实施还存在诸多问题。对问题的成因进行了研究,并针对性地提出了解决措施,以期解决秸秆资源的浪费问题,实现秸秆的资源化利用,促进农业可持续发展。
