摘    要:为了解2020年新疆部分地区规模化猪场的猪瘟病毒(CSFV)抗体水平,本试验应用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),对采自18个规模化猪场的1 085份血清样品进行猪瘟病毒抗体检测。结果显示,CSFV抗体平均合格率为83.59%(907/1 085),高于国家规定标准(70%),平均阻断率为(66.99±25.09)%。A、B、C、D、E地区间猪瘟病毒抗体水平差异显著(P<0.05)。各规模猪场猪群抗体合格率在70%~87%之间,并且差异显著。此次检测结果表明,6个不同地区平均抗体合格率中,A、B、C、F地区抗体水平整齐度良好,E地区抗体水平偏低,变异系数偏大,抗体整体水平较差。大型规模养猪场猪瘟抗体合格率普遍高于中、小型规模养猪场,说明大型规模养猪场在猪瘟的防控方面具有一定优势。该结果可为新疆地区规模化猪场的猪瘟免疫防控提供参考。

Abstract:In order to understand the antibody level against classical swine fever virus(CSFV) in some large-scale pig farms in Xinjiang in 2020, 1 085 serum samples from 18 large-scale pig farms were detected by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The results showed that the average qualified rate of CSFV antibody was 83.59% (907/1 085), which was higher than the national standard (70%), and the average blocking rate was (66.99±25.09)%. The antibody level against CSFV in A, B, C, D and E areas was significantly different(P<0.05). The qualified rate of antibody was between 70% and 87%, and the difference was significant. The test results showed that the antibody level homogeneity in A, B, C and F region was better, while the antibody level in E region was low, the coefficient of variation was large, and the antibody homogeneity was poor. The qualified rate of CSFV antibody in large-scale pig farms was generally higher than that in medium and small-scale pig farms, which indicated that large-scale pig farms had certain advantages in the prevention and control of CSFV. The results could provide a reference for the prevention and control of CSFV in scaled pig farms in Xinjiang.
